What is collected and why

When you submit the contact form, the following information is collected: name, email address, wedding date, location, wedding planner and how you heard about my work. This information is used solely to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and deliver your wedding coverage. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form, and on the performance of a contract once a booking is confirmed.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for three years. Client records are kept for ten years, in line with French accounting obligations.

Who has access

Your data is stored on Wix servers. Delivery galleries are hosted by Pic-Time. Both providers act as processors and are bound by their own data protection commitments. No other third party has access.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, or object to it. Write to jprabierphotographie@gmail.com and I will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.

Image rights

Photographs taken during a wedding are only published on this website, on social media or submitted to publications with the couple's written agreement, as set out in the contract. This agreement can be withdrawn at any time by written request.
